Chippewa Manor is offering a full-time NOC Supervisor position for an RN in our skilled nursing and rehab setting. Chippewa Manor is a 5-star rated skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This position is responsible for providing care to clients, working in a team approach with physicians, RNs and other health care professionals.
Shift Options Include:
- Monday – Friday, NOC shift
- 8 or 10 hour shift options
- Additional scheduling options/flexibility may be considered for right candidates

Duties and responsibilities include:
- Providing supervision of nursing staff and nursing care responsibilities for rehab clients and extended care patients
- Assessing patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions
- Collaboration with health care team to plan, implement, co-ordinate and evaluate patient care in consultation with patients and their families
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician or according to established policies and protocols
- Monitor, assess, address, document and report symptoms and changes in patients’ conditions
- Operate or monitor medical apparatus or equipment
- May include supervision of licensed practical nurses and other nursing staff
