Casual CNA (4, 6, 8 or 12 hour shifts – premium pay)

Chippewa Manor is looking for Certified Nursing Assistants to fill a limited number of casual or short-shift positions in its Nursing and Rehab environment. A variety of shift options may be available, making them idea for students or those working around other schedules.

Status and Compensation:

  • Casual, flexible four, 6, 8 or 12 hour shift options
  • Competitive market wage scale with bonus opportunities (wage may be negotiable – based on experience)

In addition to the flexibility, we are offering premium pay for those who pick up additional shifts during a pay period.

  • Work 2 shifts in a pay period – earn $20 bonus for each shift
  • 3 – $30 bonus each shift
  • 4 – $40 bonus each shift
  • 5 or more – $50 bonus each shift

Chippewa Manor is a 5-star rated skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This position is responsible for providing care to clients, working in a team approach with physicians, RNs and other health care professionals.

Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Assisting clients with daily activities and needs
  • Help clients with meals
  • Take vital signs
  • Transfer, move or reposition patients
  • Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregiver team
  • Answer patient calls
  • Examine patient injuries/wounds
  • Clean and sanitize patient areas
  • Assist in changing of bed sheets and restocking necessary supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
