Physical Therapy Assistant (PRN)

Chippewa Manor is hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing setting. Position Overview

Under the supervision of a licensed PT, the PTA will implement therapy programs focused on improving mobility, strength, and balance.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out PT treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and gait training
  • Monitor resident progress
  • Maintain accurate treatment documentation
  • Collaborate with therapy and nursing teams

Qualifications

  • Associate degree from accredited PTA program
  • Active Wisconsin PTA license
  • SNF experience preferred
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
