What to Expect

Working in a senior healthcare facility comes with its own set of special circumstances – we want you to enjoy your experiences! We think the people you will serve and work with are pretty amazing. As an employer, we also think its important to be honest and open about what you should expect.

Chippewa Manor employees are paid bi-monthly.

Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after x days… Tuition reimbursement, referral bonuses and additional benefit opportunities are available for those working part-time as well.

Chippewa Manor is one of the longest-tenured providers of senior living and post-hospital rehab services in the Chippewa Valley. We’ve been serving the area since 1966.
