Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN)
Chippewa Manor is seeking a compassionate and motivated PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support our occupational therapy services in our skilled nursing community. Position Overview
Under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, the PRN COTA will implement individualized therapy programs designed to enhance independence in daily living activities, cognitive function, and overall safety. This flexible PRN role allows you to make a meaningful difference while maintaining schedule flexibility.
What You’ll Do
- Implement OT-directed treatment plans
- Assist residents with ADLs and therapeutic interventions
- Monitor progress and communicate outcomes to supervising OT
- Maintain accurate treatment documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Promote independence and safety
What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree from accredited OTA program
- Active Wisconsin COTA license
- Skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Dedication to compassionate resident care
